Prenatal yoga
This yoga is a beautiful union of body and mind between mother and child. Mother’s Epiphany’s goal is to help bring balance for a mother and her growing baby with a mindful practice of movements, meditation and connection.

Our offerings
Your body is changing rapidly, as it accomodates the growth of your new baby. Sometimes it all can feel like a lot. With a Mother’s Epiphany sessions, you will feel more relaxed knowing you have prepared yourself - your body and mind, for what is to come. Not only will you learn key movements for labor, but you will have dedicated bonding time with your baby amid the hetic-ness of the day to day. You will also be among other mothers who are in your same situation, providing you with community and comfort that is so helpful during this time.
