Support you and your baby in the most intimate way, with Mother’s Epiphany prenatal yoga. Over 6 weeks (12 classes, 75-minutes each), you will learn key poses and essential breathing techniques to prepare you for labor - physically, mentally and more. You will additionally have the opportunity to connect with other mothers to be in community with during your most intimate first stage of motherhood.

*Sessions are for mothers in their second trimester. Limited spots available per cohort, determined on a first come, first serve basis. Billing is handled separately once cohort has been determined.
